Introduction

The mission of our department is to cultivate world-class chemical engineering R&D and technical talents, while conducting cutting-edge and innovative research. Our faculty's research expertise spans various fields, including molecular science and engineering, interfacial science and nanotechnology, optoelectronics and energy technology, and clean production technology, covering the design, implementation, and optimization of products and processes. With abundant research energy, the department emphasizes the connection between learning and industrial applications. In terms of education, we balance fundamental theory with professional technical knowledge, providing students with opportunities for practical hands-on courses, summer internships, and full-semester internships. The department actively promotes internationalization by providing English-taught courses for both undergraduate and graduate levels, alongside an international learning environment to foster chemical engineering professionals with a global vision.
