The organizational structure of the department is illustrated in the diagram below. The Department Meeting serves as the highest decision-making body for departmental affairs. Under its jurisdiction, the Faculty Evaluation Committee, Advisory Committee, and Planning Committee are established. The Planning Committee further consists of several sub-groups, including the Curriculum Planning Group, Student Affairs Group, Instrument Utilization and Planning Group, Environmental Health and Safety Group, International Affairs Group, and Network and Computing Group. Each committee and group performs its duties according to its respective responsibilities. Additionally, there are Library Coordinators, Welfare Coordinators, and Alumni Liaison Coordinators to support the smooth operation and development of the department.
