Research Interests

  1. Fabrication and characterization of solar photoelectrochemical devices (PEC cells, dye-sensitized solar cells, perovskite solar cells) using micro-nanostructures, complemented by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) for internal charge carrier transport analysis.
  2. Chemical synthesis of perovskite quantum dots and metal oxide nanocrystals, including analysis of fluorescence properties, microstructure, and composition.
  3. Fabrication of white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) and electroluminescent diodes (LEDs), optoelectronic property analysis, and investigation of carrier transport mechanisms.
