Scholarship application form, online registration, please go to the official website of the association to register www.cref.org.tw, and print it out and submit. 
Application Deadline: September 24
Submission of Application Documents: T2-209-2 Office, ethan
Eligibility:
The Applicant must be under 35 years of age while applying for the
scholarship. And those persons who have received another scholarship
during the award period cannot be considered.
Requisite Documents:
1、 Two Application Forms
2、 Essays
(1) A brief autobiography, no longer than two pages describing.
(2) A detailed statement of intent, no longer than three pages describing:
    • Reasons for applying for the scholarship
    • Your proposed field of study and future career plans, including how these plans will support The Rotary Foundation's mission to further understanding and peace in the global perspective and then reach the objectives.
    • Your reasoning used to determine your preferred study in Taiwan and how they support your goals for serving as a graduate student.
(3) A list, no longer than one page, summarizing principal interests and activities, indicates any  training or experience in  public speaking and community service involvement.
3、 Recommendation Letter from An Academic Instructor
4、 Recommendation Letter from The Office of International Affairs
5、 Transcript
6、 Additional materials must include 
(1) A new semester Certificate of Enrollment or valid Student ID Card photocopy
(2) Copy of passport and Copy of visa or R.O.C Resident Certificate (ARC) 
(3) Two headshots within one year (attached to the application form)
(4) Research Proposal (with the signature of the thesis advisor)
(5) Budget Proposal
(6) Bank or post office deposit book cover
