Leaving School Procedures

Dear students:

Please note that the following procedures must be completed before the end of graduation semester:

1. Take leaving school form (downloading from student information system) to go throgh each sector.

2. Before going through our department office, please complete the Questionnaire of ChE Department for Undergraduate Students (not in the student information system).We will check it when you leaving. Alternatively, you can fill it out in the department office.
